Champion Thread - signed a reseller agreement in May 2007 for DNA embedded security thread and woven labels for the apparel industry. Champion Thread is the 4th largest U.S. thread manufacturer and they have recently acquired a woven label company.

HPT International (HPT)- signed a reseller agreement in March 2007 for DNA embedded onto HPT holograms, Nylon 6 tags and other plastic or metal food tags. HPT is a joint venture between HPT International and Meyhen International Corporation selling kosher and non-kosher foods worldwide.

International Imaging Materials,Inc. (IIMAK) - signed a reseller agreement in April 2007 for DNA embedded thermal ribbons. IIMAK is North America's leading manufacturer of thermal transfer ribbons. IIMAK ribbons are used to print bar codes and other variable information on tags and labels used in the auto ID market. In March 2008, the development stage of our agreement was successfully completed and pilot manufacturing of thermal transfer ribbons began.

Printcolor AG - signed reseller agreement in May 2007 for DNA embedded security inks. Printcolor supplies an extensive range of inks to Fortune 500 companies around the world. They can customize inks with a range of visual, tactile, olfactory, sensor, electromagnetic, thermal and/or physical properties. In October 2007, Printcolor committed to using SigNature DNA as a central component of its spectraCRYPT line of security inks.

Supima - began $250,000 feasibility study in July 2007 for Supima, the promotional organization of the American Pima cotton growers, to establish authentication methodologies to confirm the Supima cotton content of branded apparel and home fashion products.

DermalRx - In November 2007, APDN announced the launch of several fermentation products for the personal care industry. Beginning in November 2007, commerical orders for one of these products - DermalRx - have been shipped to a large multinational company.

Cash-in-transit - In February, 2008, APDN began to supply the cash-in-transit industry with SigNature DNA markers to protect cash protection systems in the U.K.
